Reports from court house or personal report requests
must have attached a signed release form by your Employee (if you are an employer)
or (Signed by you if the record report is just for you.)
Policy for background checks is that there will be no refunds
issued because you are not happy with the results.
We are only providing you with the results of a restricted use
online databases.
If the information provided does not contain information that you
are looking for that is unfortunate. We are not responsible for the
information input, maintainance of, or the accuracy of these
databases from which we derive background reposts. Sometimes you may wish
information such as criminal or financial bankruptcies or liens etc. to be
in these records or that something else should have shown up. We
will not refund any money to you based on those assumptions.
You
will in all cases be required to READ AND SIGN a terms of use
agreement with us to recieve any reports. We will withhold all reports
until the terms of agreement are received.
