WE ARE A STATE OF FLORIDA BASED AGENCY THAT OPERATES ON AN INCENTIVE PAY BASIS.
What this means is unlike other companies that hire at your base rate you are unlikely to recieve any raises for a very long time usually calculated in a number of years.
ON THE OTHER HAND, WE BELIEVE IN A MERIT BASED PAY STRUCTURE.
What this means is that after a period of six months you have not received any disciplinary reports or caused any negative impact on the companies earning potential, we will give you a raise.
However if after receiving your raise you recieve any negative input such as write ups etc. we will immediately retract the raise that you received. This is fair to both the company and the personnel working for us.

Sales oriented individuals to join our sales staff. Commission based but with the
ability to receive weekly draw advances and necessary expenses to procure sales agreements.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
UNIFORMED - ARMED AND UNARMED PROTECTION OFFICERS -
WE CURRENTLY NEED three (3) PROTECTION OFFICERS
SECURITY UNARMED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older, must hold a Class "D"
State of Florida security officer's license.
SECURITY ARMED
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years or older, must hold a Class"D" and a Class "G" State of Florida security officer statewide firearms license.
Firearms Must own your own weapon as the company does not supply or issue one.
All armed personnel must be properly licensed & authorized by the company to carry a
firearm while on duty. All weapons carried must be qualified with under Florida Law before such
weapon will be allowed to be carried.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Equivalence and/or College Degree AS OR BS in criminal justice.
Age Requirements
UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS can be 18 years old
and older, ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS must be 21 years and older.
Florida Resident
Must be a Florida resident for the period of at
least 6 months.
U.S Citizen
Must be a U.S. Citizen or registered U.S
Immigrant, if you are a registered U.S. immigrant you must have lived in The U.S. for the period
of at least 1 year with incident before acceptance will be considered.
Identification
Must have a valid U.S Social Security Card, and
a valid Florida Driver's license or Florida State identification card.
Licenses
EACH OFFICER MUST HAVE AN OPERATING VEHICLE AND
A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO REPORT FOR YOUR ASSIGNMENTS.
Must be licensed in the following areas under
Florida Law to do security OR BE WILLING TO TAKE A "D" LICENSE SCHOOL COURSE CURRENTLY CONSISTING
OF (24HRS) AND APPLY FOR LICENSE - before acceptance will be considered: Must hold one or more of
the following:
Class "D" Security Officer License
Class "G" Statewide Firearms License
Class "C" Private Investigator License
Class "CC" Private Investigator Intern License
Class "M" Private Investigator & Security Agency Manager License
Class "MB" Security Agency Manager License
Class "MA" Private Investigator Agency Manager License
Class "DI" Security Officer School Instructor License
Class "K" Firearm Instructor License
Class "W" Concealed Weapon License

Armed officers must possess a valid state issued
"G' License.
At least 18 years of age.
High school graduate or GED holder.
No criminal conviction.
Good verbal/written communication
skills.

Criminal Background Check
Must have a clean background with no felony convictions, must have no arrest record.
Driving Record
If operating a company vehicle, you must have a clean driving record and valid Florida license.
Drug Testing
All applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test before acceptance will be considered.
Language
Must read, write and speak the English Language before acceptance will be considered. All Bilingual applicants are welcome and any others who speak different Language's However you must read, write and speak English.
Transportation
Must own or can provide your own transportation to and from the job site.
Appearance
Male applicant's must be clean cut and look professional, female applicant's must dress and look appropriately, upon interview a business attire is required.

There are training courses available

Also At the university level in criminology and many courses are available on line.
Schools are also available that offer a "D" License course for the 24 hour state requirement. Also the second half which includes a 16 hour state required course of study.
We do offer Other courses ON AN IN-HOUSE BASIS (Employees) to enhance your knowledge and
expertise in other security and protection related areas.
(IN - HOUSE EMPLOYEE) advanced training on several different subjects.
A complete list is being prepared to make the courses available to you.

Does A Team security and investigation services offer benefits?
We have available some overtime hours and we always pay time and a half pay on major
holidays.
We are currently negotiating for major health benefits.
We are currently negotiating for life insurance plans.
At least one week of personal leave per year after the first year.
If hired, how soon can I work?
Unarmed Officers are usually assigned within seven days.
How much will I be paid?
Typical unarmed Uniformed Officer's starting salary ranges from $8.00 to $12.00 per hour.
Armed officers start typically at $12 an hour and each hourly rate depends upon which post you are working.
How much do uniforms cost? A Team security and protective services provides both "hard look"
and "soft look" uniforms. "Hard look" uniforms refers to police-style uniforms, which vary
according to state requirements.
Uniforms are initially provided and small deductions are made until a total refundable
amount of $190.00 is reached. This amount applies to (1) one set only of either the "hard look"
or the "soft look" uniforms.
"Soft look" entails a dark blue blazer, dress shirt, belt, tie, and Gray
slacks.
