State of Florida security officer's license. SECURITY ARMED
QUALIFICATIONS Must be 21 years or older, must hold a Class"D" and a Class "G" State of Florida security officer statewide firearms license. Firearms Must own your own weapon as the company does not supply or issue one. All armed personnel must be properly licensed & authorized by the company to carry a
firearm while on duty. All weapons carried must be qualified with under Florida Law before such
weapon will be allowed to be carried. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Equivalence and/or College Degree AS OR BS in criminal justice. Age Requirements UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS can be 18 years old
and older, ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS must be 21 years and older. Florida Resident Must be a U.S. Citizen or registered U.S
Immigrant, if you are a registered U.S. immigrant you must have lived in The U.S. for the period
of at least 1 year with incident before acceptance will be considered. Must have a valid U.S Social Security Card, and
a valid Florida Driver's license or Florida State identification card. Licenses Must be licensed in the following areas under
Florida Law to do security OR BE WILLING TO TAKE A "D" LICENSE SCHOOL COURSE CURRENTLY CONSISTING
OF (24HRS) AND APPLY FOR LICENSE - before acceptance will be considered: Must hold one or more of

Does A Team security and investigation services offer benefits?
We have available some overtime hours and we always pay time and a half pay on major
holidays.
We are currently negotiating for major health benefits. If hired, how soon can I work? How much will I be paid? Typical unarmed Uniformed Officer's starting salary ranges from $8.00 to $12.00 per hour. Armed officers start typically at $12 an hour and each hourly rate depends upon which post you are working. How much do uniforms cost? A Team security and protective services provides both "hard look" and "soft look" uniforms. "Hard look" uniforms refers to police-style uniforms, which vary according to state requirements. Uniforms are initially provided and small deductions are made until a total refundable
amount of $190.00 is reached. This amount applies to (1) one set only of either the "hard look"
or the "soft look" uniforms. ![]()
